11 X 11 23C Bell System Connections
11 X 11 two sided flanged "23C" porcelain sign with the 1939 Bell System logo. Below the bell it says "CONNECTIONS". These were placed by non Bell or independent telephone companies by their payphones. These phones had connections outside of the independent companies network to the Bell System.
